DelCOG supports the passage of House Bill 155, which would require that the Public Integrity Commission that any reports prepared by the Commission would need to be made publicly available on its website. Passed June 2025.

DelCOG supports the passage of House Bill 6, which would allow the Auditor of Accounts to issue subpoenas directly and apply for a court order if a person fails to respond to the subpoena. Passed April 2025.
