Please join us at the Common Cause of Delaware Awards Ceremony honoring Representative John Kowalko Jr. The Delaware Coalition for Open Government is a proud sponsor of this event and recognizes Representative Kowalko as a champion of open government during his time in office.
Common Cause of Delaware will be presenting Representative John Kowalko Jr. with the John Gardner Lifetime Achievement Award for Delaware for his decades of service as a community activist and State Representative in the Delaware House, where he served from 2006 until his retirement in 2022.
The awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Ed Oliver Golf Club, 800 North Dupont Road, Wilmington, Delaware.
